Kids and computers in care - Herald Sun

30 January, 2008

Daniel was quoted in the Herald Sun today in an article by Susie O'Brien titled "Kindy kids on the keyboard".

Susie O'Brien writes:

Daniel Donahoo, father and author of Idolising Children, said that computer use in preschool was not a bad idea, but was not essential.

"We keep adding to the list of what kids are supposed to know, which is putting even more pressure on parents," Mr Donahoo said. "Now they need to be able to program computers before starting school.

"Kids pick up these things very easily when they are a bit older -- they are not going to lose out."
